Building High-Performance Teams

On February 18, 2026, Al Batinga will present Building High-Performance Teams to the Rotary Club of San Dimas.
 
Al Batinga is the Founder and CEO of Digitized Learning, an education, training, and coaching organization focused on helping teams succeed in complex, fast-changing environments. Based in Southern California with global experience across the U.S., Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe, Al specializes in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and change management. He currently serves as President of Toastmasters Anaheim Club 2 and brings more than 20 years of experience working with organizations in healthcare, finance, public agencies, and consulting. His guiding belief is straightforward: organizations don’t change—teams do.
 
Building High-Performance Teams is a practical, high-energy presentation that explains why some teams consistently outperform others and how leaders can intentionally develop both High-Performance Teams (HPTs) and High-Performance Individuals (HPIs). Al outlines core competencies such as emotional intelligence, critical thinking, collaboration, continuous learning, digital literacy, and well-being, while demonstrating how modern tools like Microsoft Copilot can enhance—not replace—human capability. Participants leave with clear, actionable strategies for building aligned, resilient, and future-ready teams that deliver results in real-world conditions.
