Energy Leadership Index

On March 4, 2026, at 12 noon via Zoom, Dave Friedman (Coach Dave) will speak to the Rotary Club of San Dimas on the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), a practical framework for understanding how leaders respond to challenge, uncertainty, and change.
 
Coach Dave is a life coach, entrepreneur, spiritual counselor, musician, and father whose path spans multiple careers and four major relocations. His work focuses on helping individuals and leaders gain clarity, align their energy, and lead with intention rather than habit. Clients emerge with deeper self-awareness, a clearer sense of direction, and a sustainable plan to live—and lead—by design, not default.
 
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is a research-backed assessment developed by iPEC that measures how individuals perceive and respond to work and life. Unlike personality tests such as Myers-Briggs or DiSC, the ELI focuses on attitudes—revealing how energy shifts under stress and how leaders can consciously choose more productive responses in real time.
